In this role, you will lead and support a team of operators during your shift, ensuring production runs efficiently, safely, and to the highest quality standards. Responsibilities
* Supervise and coordinate daily shift operations to meet production targets.
* Lead, motivate, and support team members to maintain a positive and productive working environment.
* Ensure all health, safety, and environmental standards are followed at all times.
* Monitor workflow, productivity, and quality performance during the shift.
* Provide training, guidance, and feedback to team members.
* Identify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectively.
* Complete shift reports and communicate updates to the wider operations team.
* Support continuous improvement initiatives across the site.
