In-House Content Producer (Photo, Video & Social)
£26,000–£34,000 + Bonus | Hybrid | Kineton, Warwickshire
Apex isn't a corporate brand - and this isn't a corporate role.
We're looking for a creative, confident Content Creator to join the Apex team and help us produce standout photo and video content across our website, paid ads and social channels, working closely with our Digital Marketing Executive to plan and create a long-term brand strategy.
You'll be shooting high-value prize products, editing content in-house, and helping shape the funny, slightly unhinged, very shareable brand content Apex is known for.

What you'll be doing
Photographing main prize products for:
* Website listings
* Paid social adverts
* Organic social content
* Filming high-quality product and brand videos
* Editing photos and videos to a strong, consistent standard
* Creating short-form social content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
* Coming up with funny brand videos, skits and content ideas
* Being on camera yourself
* Supporting marketing campaigns with creative assets
* Attending and filming occasional live events
* Working closely with the team on shoot planning and content ideas
Events & live activity
* Supporting live events and promotional days
* Assisting with and supporting Live Draws
What we're looking for
Essential
* Graduate-level qualification in a relevant field
(Media, Film, Photography, Digital Marketing, Creative Arts, etc.)
* Strong photo and video editing experience
* Confident using Photoshop
* Comfortable filming products and people
* Full UK driving licence and your own car
* Able to work 3 days per week in our Kineton, Warwickshire office
* Happy to occasionally work events
Very important (and hard to teach)
* A sense of humour (preferable… but realistically essential)
* Creative thinking and originality
* Comfortable pitching ideas and trying new things
* Thick skin, no ego
* Understands social media and internet culture
Nice to have
* Experience creating content for paid ads
* Motion graphics or animation skills
* Drone experience
* Knowledge of TikTok & Instagram trends
* Experience shooting vehicles, lifestyle or product content
The role & progression
* Salary: £26,000–£34,000 depending on experience
* Bonus structure available
* Hybrid working (3 days in-office expected)
* Office based in Kineton, Warwickshire
