About the Role
As General Manager, you will lead the overall operations of public catering and conference and events at Beaulieu. You will be responsible for delivering excellent service, managing a high‑performing team, and ensuring we meet both commercial goals and client expectations.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead, train and develop a motivated, skilled team.
* Manage all aspects of labour planning, cost control and forecasting.
* Identify and drive commercial opportunities to maximise revenue.
* Maintain strong client relationships and ensure their expectations are exceeded.
* Oversee operational delivery across all food and hospitality services.
* Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety standards and financial targets.
* Support and deliver the venue's growth strategy in partnership with the client.
What We're Looking For
You should bring experience in managing high‑quality hospitality operations, ideally in conferences and events. You treat every site as your own business, are commercially minded, and thrive on delivering exceptional customer service. You are an inspiring leader who motivates teams, manages budgets confidently, and consistently seeks improvement.
* Strong background in hospitality or event management.
