Senior Product Manager, IN SCOT, Automated Inventory Management
SCOT's Regional team in IN is seeking for an exceptional Product Manager to pioneer A.in P3P sellers’ Inventory Automation and Optimization initiatives. This strategic role will be instrumental in building scalable solutions to enhance P3P inventory management, Customer input optimization, and fulfilment channel management processes. As the first of its kind, as product manager in this space, you will have the unique opportunity to shape the future of P3P-Amazon supply chain operations through data-driven insights and innovative solutions. You will work closely with Scientists, other Product Managers, and Supply Chain Managers to build scalable, high insight- high impact products and own improvements to business outcomes within your area, enabling execution of WW and local solutions for P3P sellers.
Key job responsibilities
1. Own and develop end-to-end product strategy for supply chain optimization, focusing on three core pillars: Customer Inputs Management, Inventory Planning and Channel Share Management.
2. Build and implement scalable solutions for weekly deep-dive analytics on inventory metrics, including stock availability (SoROOS) and Lost in Stock (LIS) at various business levels.
3. Design and execute systematic approaches for seasonal inventory planning, including new launch estimates, promotion planning, and event readiness for P3P sellers.
4. Develop automated solutions for tracking and optimizing channel share adherence across various P3P sellers.
5. Partner with cross-functional teams including sellers, category managers, and supply chain teams to identify pain points and implement scalable solutions.
6. Create and maintain product roadmaps with clear success metrics and deliverables.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience
* Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
* Experience as a product manager or owner
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
* Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
* Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
