What We Are Looking For
We are excited to welcome a Senior/Supervising Social Worker to our friendly and dynamic team, working closely with foster carers in Yorkshire and surrounding areas. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Recruiting, training, assessing, supporting, and supervising a diverse range of foster carers to ensure high-quality placements for looked-after children.

About You
* You are an enthusiastic and committed self-starter, capable of working independently while maintaining strong connections with team members and carers.
* Excellent assessment skills, strong written and verbal communication, and good IT proficiency are essential, along with the ability to produce high-quality reports.
* You must be a qualified Social Worker with current HCPC registration. While recent experience in fostering is desirable, we welcome applications from less experienced candidates as well.
* A solid understanding of relevant legislation, policies, and procedures related to fostering and safeguarding is required.
* We seek innovative applicants who share our creative vision, whether you are new to fostering or an experienced supervising social worker.
Working Conditions and Benefits
This is a full-time, permanent position that is home-based, offering a competitive starting salary of up to £40,948.53, depending on experience. Additional benefits include:
