A can-do, pragmatic approach, you'll join a team which handles a wide range of matters including ET claims, all matters relating to the employee life-cycle, organisational claims industrial action and everything in between. This role will have a particular focus on dealing with ET claims, advising on individual employee relations matters and working with colleagues to establish best practice and innovation in our processes.What you'll need - (Essential Criteria)You'll be a qualified Employment Lawyer with between one and three year's PQE as a solicitor or barrister in the UK (or equivalent pre-qualification experience in employment law). You'll have experience and knowledge of contentious and non-contentious employment law advice. You will be skilled and experienced in managing or overseeing a caseload of employment disputes and advising on individual employee relations matters and have an, aptitude for learning about a large and complex
