We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to support the Hotel Manager in delivering a high-quality experience that is guest focused and has a personal feel. If you enjoy delivering quality hospitality while coaching and mentoring a team to success, then you will be well suited to this role. The priorities of the role This is a Head of Department Role within the hotel and reports to the Hotel Manager You will have fully accountability for the F&B department and will need to balance the hands-on nature with team coaching and KPI delivery to be successful. We expect you to embrace being an ambassador for the business and to be a principles led leader to be able to support your team to deliver the genuine bespoke service we thrive for at Meudon. You will need creative flair and drive to give the current business a competitive edge and to be able to fulfil your key role in the F&B transformation.
