I’m working with a well established, leading company in the tech space that is seeking to find a commercially savvy Product Owner who thrives in fast-paced, transformation-driven environments.
If you’ve got experience with ConnexOne, Dynamics 365, and enjoy blending user empathy with business strategy – this could be a game-changer for you.
🔧 What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll bridge operations and development, taking ownership of business-critical platforms to ensure systems are efficient, scalable, and genuinely aligned with user needs.
Key responsibilities include:
* Defining and managing product backlogs, KPIs, and release cycles
* Collaborating across IT, L&D, and vendor teams to drive continuous improvement
* Leading on incident and change management for key platforms
* Championing enhancements that reduce cost-to-serve and improve CX
âś… What We're Looking For
* Solid Product Owner experience in a telecoms or fast-moving tech environment
* ConnexOne and Dynamics 365 knowledge (or similar systems)
* Strong communicator with a head for detail and a passion for transformation
* Experience with change management, risk ownership, and vendor liaison
