Salary: A GBP 30,000 : A GBP 35,000 + Excellent Benefits

Were looking for a dedicated professional to join one of Oxfordshires most exclusive private members clubs, set in beautiful countryside surroundings. This is an incredible opportunity to showcase your craft in a refined and forward:thinking kitchen, producing seasonal, artisanal desserts for a discerning clientele.
What Youll Be Doing
* Leading the pastry section with precision, creativity, and care
* Designing and producing high:quality desserts, afternoon teas, and bakery items
* Working closely with the Head Chef and Exec team to develop new seasonal offerings
* Maintaining the highest levels of hygiene, presentation, and consistency
* Training and inspiring junior chefs and kitchen assistants
What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in a high:end or luxury kitchen (restaurant, hotel, or members club)
* Passion for pastry and strong technical skills across classic and modern techniques
* A calm, professional attitude and a genuine love for hospitality
* A creative flair and an eye for elegant presentation
* Strong understanding of kitchen operations, stock control, and compliance
