What you'll do As a People & Culture Management Graduate y ou'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our employees. You will be the first point of contact for our employees and you will be able to demonstrate our core values when dealing with our employees (Passion, Personality, Respect, Working together, and Creativity). Some of the key functions essential for the role are: Be part of our Ultimate Leaders Programme, attending all related development opportunities, including a trip to Switzerland to attend a training course. General HR Administration duties that including sending out reports, adding new starters to our HRIS, preparing offer letters and contracts, conducting Rights to Work checks and processing employment references. You will required to conduct routine audits of employee files and HRIS for accuracy/compliance and support GDPR compliance (archiving or deleting data according to retention policy) You will be involved in supporting D&I initiatives as well as conducting DBS and DVLA Checks as required You will manage and update HR noticeboards and organise and coordinate employee of the month awards You will also support in planning social events, and co-ordinating benefit administration for our employee staff stay requests You will post job adverts on all job boards as required, assisting with social media posts and attending career fairs What you'll bring Essential Skills and Experience Recently graduated in a related degree field High attention to detail and accuracy Proactive and solutions-oriented mindset Ability to prioritise and work effectively under pressure Confident using HRIS systems and MS Office Suite Strong communication and interpersonal skills Discreet and professional with confidential information Exceptional organisational and time management skills The items shared are the essence of a day in the life of a People & Culture Management Graduate, but we’ll make sure you are provided with specifics on how we care for our hotel.
