My client is a leading international firm who are looking to recruit a Early Careers Recruitment Advisor to join their London-based team and be involved in their excellent early careers recruitment programmes, covering a 12 month maternity leave. The Early Careers Recruitment Advisor will be responsible for day-to-day ownership for the attraction and selection activities of the future talent. They will also work alongside partners on all ealry careers recruitment and provide guidance on any selection issues. The key duties will include: Supporting with the recruitment processes including the Training Contract, Apprenticeships and Vacation schemes. Managing assessment centres and application processes Responsible for managing the pipeline of trainees and apprentices coming into the firm Responsible for which publications and media used to advertise Managing and maintaining University relationships Managing the graduate recruitment budget Working closely with the DE&I team and Social Mobility contacts within the firm Working closely with the Assistant and Manager in the team The Early Career Recruitment Advisor will have previous experience in dealing with high volume graduate or early careers recruitment, ideally with experience working within the legal sector or professional services. They will have exceptional working understanding of using social media platforms to reach potential trainees and marketing campaigns. They will also need strong communication skills and a good knowledge of employment law. The ability to build relationships with people at every level of the business is essential.
