We are looking for an Office Administrator to join our growing team.
Duties will include:
* Data Inputting
* Answer all general enquiry calls and when possible resolve any issues.Dealing with operatives and customers
* General office duties I.E filing, typing
* Support the office with diary management and book customers in for appointments etc.
The ideal candidate should possess the following qualities / experience
* Significant administration experience
* Exceptional attention to detail and very organised
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Punctual
* Previous experience with MS Office and Outlook
* Brilliant telephone manner
* Excellent communication and customer service skills
* Ability to multi task
* Passionate and enthusiastic
* Well presented with pride in your appearance
