What We’re Looking For:
* A qualified Personal Injury Solicitor or Legal Executive
* Ideally at least 3+ years’ experience
* Applications from full-time and part-time candidates are very welcome
* Unqualified personal injury fee earners with strong experience are also encouraged to apply
* A willingness to attend the Exeter office at least once/week
What You’ll Do:
* Manage a varied caseload of personal injury matters, including:
o Claimant cases
o Fast-track and multi-track matters
o RTA, EL and PL claims
* Experience in clinical negligence is advantageous but not essential
* Participate in marketing and business development activities as & when
