Temporary Customer Service Administrator

Role details:
* Location: Nottingham
* Contract: Temporary (approx. 46 weeks)
* Hours: Full-time
* Pay: £12.50, paid weekly
* Start date: Immediate
What youll be doing:
* Handling a high volume of customer queries via email and phone
* Processing orders and returns accurately and efficiently
* Updating customer records and systems
* Providing friendly and professional customer service at all times
* Supporting the wider team with general administration during peak trading
What were looking for:
* Previous customer service or administration experience
* Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
* Ability to stay organised under pressure
* Confident using IT systems and learning new processes quickly
* A proactive and positive attitude
