Overview
Commis Chef - Pasta Section at Mezzogiorno by Francesco Mazzei, Corinthia London. The Commis Chef within the Pasta Section is responsible for supporting the preparation of fresh pasta dishes, learning traditional and modern techniques, and contributing to the smooth running of the pasta section. This role involves assisting senior chefs, maintaining mise-en-place, and developing essential culinary skills.
The Role
Within Mezzogiorno, you’ll be part of a dynamic environment where tradition meets innovation, and where every detail matters, from the warmest welcome to the final touch on the plate. You will learn, grow, and contribute to the kitchen under the guidance of Francesco Mazzei and Corinthia London’s world-class team of chefs, bartenders, and hospitality leaders. Your responsibilities include supporting pasta preparation, maintaining cleanliness and organisation, and assisting senior chefs as required.
