John Francis in Llanelli, part of Connells Group, the Home of Opportunity, is seeking a highly motivated Senior Negotiator to join our successful John Francis residential sales team in Llanelli, based within our recently refurbished branch.

Your Role as a Senior Negotiator
The main purpose of your role is to deliver exceptional service to customers while driving business results. Your responsibilities include:
6. Generating and booking property valuations
7. Conducting property viewings with prospective buyers
8. Negotiating offers and agreeing sales
9. Progressing sales through to exchange and completion
10. Maximising every opportunity to schedule appointments for the branch Mortgage Advisor
11. Supporting and mentoring junior team members where appropriate
Skills and Experience We’re Looking For
To succeed in this role, you will:
12. Ideally have previous estate agency or strong sales experience
13. Be able to generate new business in a target-driven environment
14. Deliver outstanding customer care and service
15. Be resilient, positive, organised, numerate and detail-oriented
16. Have excellent verbal and written communication skills
17. Be IT literate (MS Office, internet and email systems)
18. Hold a full UK driving licence and have access to your own vehicle
