What You’ll Be Doing
* Provide a warm, professional welcome to patients and visitors
* Manage appointment bookings and maintain accurate patient records
* Process payments and handle administrative tasks with precision
* Coordinate with dentists, nurses, and practice managers to keep the practice running smoothly
* Promote and upsell dental services and products to support patient care
* Be a key part of creating a positive, friendly atmosphere in the practice
Skills And Experience We’re Looking For
* Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is desirable
* Confident communicator with a professional, approachable manner
* Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure in a busy environment
* Attention to detail and good IT skills for handling bookings and records
* A team player who thrives on helping others
