Collaborate with teachers and the SENCO to implement personalized learning plans and interventions. What We’re Looking For: Prior experience as a Nursery or Early Years Teaching Assistant or in a similar role is preferred. A proactive, resilient individual with a strong commitment to helping every child succeed. Willingness to assist with nappy changing when necessary. A deep understanding of SEN, safeguarding, and child protection practices. Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Important: A solid understanding of safeguarding and child protection is critical for this role.
