About the Job
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Management Accountant to join a busy finance team on an interim basis. The role will focus on delivering accurate financial reporting, maintaining financial controls, and supporting the finance function with key accounting processes.
Duties will include:
* Preparing monthly management accounts
* Completing balance sheet reconciliations and resolving discrepancies
* Managing accruals and prepayments
* Monitoring and analysing overhead expenditure
* Processing payroll for approximately 60 employees
* Producing financial analysis and reporting
* Supporting month-end close activities
* Maintaining accurate financial records and controls
About the Successful Applicant
The successful applicant will have previous experience within a Management Accountant role and be confident handling reconciliations, accruals, prepayments, payroll, and month-end processes. You will possess strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to manage workloads effectively within a fast-paced environment. Part-qualified or qualified finance professionals will be highly regarded.
