Act as a credible client liaison on KPMG engagements, often taking a "specialist" role with a view to develop long-term client relationships; act as an 'ambassador' for the firm.
Design and run small projects and/or larger, more complex workstreams. Extensive experience in M&A related projects will be critical, e.g., Commercial Due Diligence, M&A Strategy, Value Creation, etc.
Produce client-ready deliverables that exceed expectations and require minimal review.
Take initiative to develop creative and innovative solutions to complex problems and deliver these within the team and client requirements.
Design and execute detailed financial/business models, performing complex scenario and sensitivity analysis; guide junior team members to achieve right-first-time output.
Support the practice by proactively engaging in internal practice matters and business development initiatives, taking responsibility for these activities.

Proven experience in a leading strategy consulting firm, Big 4, or an industry-based strategy/Corporate Development team.
Foundational understanding of value drivers across the Consumer sector, including Consumer Goods, Retail, Travel, and Leisure; experience in other sectors may also be relevant.
Experience leading workstreams or smaller projects, including designing work plans, team structures, and managing these to deliver excellent client outcomes and strong economics.
This should include recent M&A transactions such as CDD, VDD, M&A Strategy, or Value Creation projects in the Consumer sector.
Evidence of developing proposals, scopes, and pricing for small to mid-sized consulting assignments.
Experience supporting business development activities, helping the team prepare client pitches, and generating differentiated insights.
Ability to work effectively and collaboratively with team members and broader stakeholders.
Track record of building relationships with colleagues, wider teams, and clients.
Examples of internal responsibilities related to team management, technical tools, or liaison with service providers.
