Responsibilities
* Deliver engaging and differentiated English lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4
* Adapt teaching strategies to meet the needs of diverse learners
* Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies
* Mark and assess students’ work, providing constructive feedback
* Collaborate with colleagues to support student progress and curriculum planning
* Maintain accurate records of student achievement and attendance
* Uphold safeguarding responsibilities and promote student well-being
Qualifications
* Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
* Experience teaching English at secondary level
* Strong subject knowledge and a passion for English literature and language
* Ability to adapt quickly to new classroom environments
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills as an English Teacher
* A commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
* Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
