Qualifications
* Ability to demonstrate relevant knowledge and skills gained through work experience or training.
* Experience of working directly with members of the public.
* Experience of working alongside frontline operational services.
* Experience of promoting services or delivering engagement activities to a wide range of audiences.
* Experience of dealing with customer enquiries and complaints.
