What You'll Do Provide 1:1 and small group support for students with SEN (including autism, ADHD, and speech & language difficulties). Assist teachers in adapting lessons to meet individual needs. Promote positive behaviour and emotional well-being. Work closely with teachers, parents, and external professionals to ensure consistent support.What We're Looking For Experience working with children or young people with SEN (school-based experience is a bonus!). Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help students succeed. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.
