HR Advisor
Our client, a reputable company in renewable energy sector, is currently seeking a HR Advisor to join their team in Ayrshire, West Central Scotland. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about human resources and are looking to further their career in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide comprehensive HR support to management and employees.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations issues, offering guidance and support.
Maintain accurate employee records and HR databases.
Support recruitment processes, including job postings and interviews.
Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs.
Conduct performance management and appraisal processes.
Requirements:
Proven experience in an administrative role, preferably within HR.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
CIPD Level 5 or working towards
Strong organizational and time-management capabilities.
Knowledge of employment legislation and best practices.
Ability to work effectively in a team and independently.
HR-related qualifications are a plus, but not essential.
