The Role
Vospers is recruiting a SMART Repair Technician to cover repairs at our Truro dealership.
Key Responsibilities & Accountability
1. Carrying out cosmetic repairs including stripping, refurbishing, and fitting parts to damaged vehicles.
2. Act as a multi-skilled Smart Repair Technician undertaking all aspects of the repair as required.
3. Work effectively to achieve Departmental targets.
4. Use PPE and adhere to health and safety requirements during repairs.
5. Follow manufacturer repair guidelines when carrying out repairs.
6. Liaise with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork.
7. Produce administration or supporting documentation in line with company process.
8. Ensure timely repair completion adhering to defined timeframes.
Qualifications/Skills
1. Must have a valid UK driving licence.
2. Previous experience as a Smart Repairer, Multi Skilled Technician, or in a related role such as Painter or MET Technician.
3. Industry recognised qualification is advantageous.
4. Strong team player with self-motivation.
5. Maintain high standards and up-to-date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.

Dependent on Experience and Qualifications, to be discussed at interview.
Hours
To be discussed at interview; may include Saturdays on a rota basis.
