Salary MPS1 to UPS6 £31,650 - £49,084 FTE per annum

2X 0.4 Contracts (Monday & Tuesday and Thursday & Friday)

2X 13 hours per week

Temporary and/or Fixed Term

We have an exciting opportunity for a passionate and committed Class Teacher(s) to join our team at Stoke Lodge Primary School starting 1st September 2025. For the right person, we would consider this as a 0.8 contract but you would be expected to work across both Key Stages.

These contracts are offered as follows:

1. Temporary 0.4 contract covering Maternity Leave on a Thursday & Friday from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026 or earlier should the post holder return before this date.

2. Fixed Term 0.4 contract covering a flexible working request on Monday & Tuesday from 1st September 2025 to 31st August 2026.

3. Should these contracts be undertaken by one person, the above terms will still apply.

4. The school may be able to offer supply work if required on a Wednesday for any candidate wishing to work this as a 0.8 contract.

We are looking for individuals who are truly passionate about teaching, who lead by example in adopting effective teaching practices and who will share the Trust’s priority to deliver exceptional levels of care for all our children.

We are looking for Teachers with experience in KS1 and/or KS2. Experience in both Key Stages is essential if this role is to be combined.

The successful candidate will:

• Have high expectations of children both academically and socially.

• Work closely with colleagues across the school, the Olympus Academy Trust and from external agencies

• Show enthusiasm, dedication and an excellent rapport with both children and staff

• Have a calm and consistent approach to working with the children

• Have good communication skills with colleagues, children and parents

• Are highly dedicated to the role, motivated and well organised
