Mani activities in the Role To provide field-based service support for all Grove mobile crane products within the UK. Be responsible for providing Customers with high quality after sales support, making the correct technical and commercial decisions. Produce fast and effective service and maintenance in line with the product requirements. Provide technical support when new machines are delivered To be successful in this role Technical expertise in Hydraulic/Electrical/Mechanical. Crane experience essential. Full UK driving license Customer Focus Proactivity / Problem Solving Excellent Communication Skills Fluent in English Available to frequently travel across UK
