We are working with an established and knowledgeable HR team who are looking to recruit an additional team member to manage all recruitment administration team.
Working within a team of 4, you remit will be to manage all areas of recruitment from start to finish. This could suit someone who has worked in agency recruitment and enjoyed administrative tasks, or a background in administration in general.
DAY TO DAY:
* Coordinate the full recruitment lifecycle, including adverts, applications and interviews
* Complete pre-employment checks to include DBS and reference checks, maintaining accurate records across CRM
* Support onboarding and induction for new starters
* Provide support for general HR tasks to include maintaining HR files re changes of contract, pay, terms etc
