Core Responsibilities & Scope Culinary Leader: Planning and preparing a varied, nutritious, and appetizing daily menu for pupils and staff. Hygiene Champion: Ensuring strict compliance with all relevant Food Hygiene regulations (HACCP) and kitchen safety standards. Team Manager: Managing food orders, stock control, budgets, and supervising kitchen assistants.
