Shop managers are commercially aware, motivate their teams, and create a safe and energised work environment. They have high standards, a strong drive to achieve results, and are accountable for their business. The role is empowered, varied, busy, and involves working with volunteers who may run the shop in the manager’s absence. Flexibility to work weekends (including Sundays) is required.
