Working hours: Monday–Friday, 08:30–16:30

Pertemps is excited to be recruiting on behalf of our client for a Student Services Coordinator in Kettering. This is your chance to join a welcoming and supportive Student Services team dedicated to helping learners succeed academically, personally, and professionally.
What You’ll Do
As a Student Services Coordinator, you’ll provide outstanding support to students, guiding them in:
* Careers advice and higher education progression
* Financial support, bursaries, and benefits guidance
* Pastoral care and personal wellbeing
You’ll also:
* Assist with UCAS applications and the Careers Education Programme
* Maintain accurate safeguarding and wellbeing records
* Represent the organisation at events and promote a positive student experience
About You
We’re looking for someone who is:
* Approachable, organised, and passionate about helping others
* Confident communicating with students, staff, and external partners
* A team player who thrives in a collaborative environment
Skills & Qualifications:
* Experience in student support or a customer-focused role
* Strong administrative and IT skills (Word, Excel, databases)
* Level 3 qualification minimum, GCSE English & Maths at Level 2
* Level 6 Careers Education IAG (or willingness to work towards) is desirable
