AKW GL is recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team at Trafford Park. The role involves providing a professional, customer-focused service to ensure customer needs are satisfied and a world-class service is delivered and promoted across the company.
Job Details:
* Monday - Friday
* 42.5 hours per week
* £30,000 per annum

Responsibilities:
* Use CRM system to record and track customer interactions and complaints, manage complex issues, and keep customers updated.
* Follow customer service standards, policies, and procedures; handle queries efficiently and verify understanding to improve service levels.
* Develop and maintain effective relationships with colleagues to promote a team approach.
* Comply with HR, GDPR, and health & safety policies.
* Manage delivery bookings, follow up on scheduled deliveries, and notify customers of potential issues.
* Provide quotes to customers and record data accurately in Stirling.
Qualifications and Skills:
* Experience in transport and warehousing is preferable.
* Knowledge of CRM systems, preferably Sage, and software management systems like Stirling and Contrado.
* Ability to handle customer queries effectively and build strong relationships.
* Experience in customer account management and full utilization of CRM systems.
