A leading fintech trading organisation in Belfast is seeking an experienced UX/Product Designer to drive the evolution of a high‑performance digital trading platform. This is a contract role suited to a product-focused designer who excels in fast‑paced, highly regulated environments.
The Opportunity
* Lead end‑to‑end digital design across web and mobile applications
* Create wireframes, prototypes, user flows, and refined high‑fidelity designs
* Collaborate closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
* Shape and continuously develop the design system for consistency and scale
* Champion usability, accessibility, and exceptional user experience standards
What We're Looking For
* 5+ years' experience in UX / Product / Experience Design
* A strong portfolio showcasing complex digital platforms
* Experience designing dashboards or data‑rich interfaces (Figma advantage)
* Comfortable working within Agile delivery teams
* Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills
* Background in financial services, fintech, or trading is beneficial but not essential
