𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬

Prepare & develop detailed mechanical estimates

Analyse drawings, specs & documents for accurate costing

Collaborate with project managers, engineers & clients

Evaluate supplier & subcontractor quotations

Provide clear breakdowns of labour, materials & equipment

Support value engineering & project handovers

𝐄𝐬𝐬𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐢𝐚𝐥 𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬

Proven experience as a Mechanical Estimator (education, hotel, or high-rise residential)

Strong knowledge of mechanical building services (HVAC, plumbing, pipework)

Ability to interpret drawings, tenders & technical docs

Excellent numerical & problem-solving skills

𝐃𝐞𝐬𝐢𝐫𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬

Familiarity with estimating software

CIBSE/MCIBSE accreditation (or working towards)

Ability to manage multiple tenders independently
