What You’ll Be Doing This is not just account management — this is strategic ownership. You will: * Take full ownership of a portfolio of high-value, enterprise clients * Build trusted advisor relationships with C-suite and senior decision-makers * Identify and deliver upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities * Lead complex commercial conversations, negotiations, and deal closures * Develop and execute account growth strategies aligned to business targets * Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client success You’ll play a key role in shaping how clients approach risk, compliance, and operational resilience in an increasingly digital world. What We’re Looking For We’re looking for someone commercially sharp, relationship-driven, and ambitious. You’ll likely have: * A strong track record in Account Director / Senior Account Manager roles * Experience managing and growing large, complex B2B accounts * Proven success in hitting or exceeding revenue targets * Confidence engaging and influencing senior stakeholders and executives * Experience in technology, SaaS, cybersecurity, or related sectors Most importantly — you’re someone who spots opportunities others miss and knows how to turn conversations into results.
