Job Title: Part-Time Payroll Adminsitrator
Location: Bromsgrove
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000 per annum (Pro Rata)
Hours: Part-Time - 3 days per week
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage payroll processing for a portfolio of clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery.
* Handle payroll-related queries from clients, colleagues, and other stakeholders, resolving them effectively.
* Perform both routine and more complex administrative payroll tasks.
* Set up and onboard new client payrolls.
* Communicate regularly and professionally with clients and internal teams regarding payroll matters.
* Establish pension schemes, submit pension schedules, and respond to related inquiries.
* Administer auto-enrolment and re-declaration of pensions.
* Stay informed on current payroll legislation and regulatory changes.
* Ensure all payroll processes comply with relevant regulations and data protection standards (GDPR).
Minimum Requirements:
* At least 2 years of experience in payroll processing.
* Proficiency in using BrightPay payroll software.
* Experience in a payroll bureau or accountancy practice environment (preferred).
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong multitasking ability and capacity to prioritize workload.
* Able to work both independently and collaboratively.
* High attention to detail with a focus on delivering quality results.
* Strong Microsoft Excel skills.
