Scope and responsibilities
You will act as the central point of contact with regards to product support, contract and forecast follow-up, etc. By creating reports and analyzing customer data, you gain insights for the organization and the customer. You monitor and improve customer satisfaction and use your commercial attitude to build strong business relationships. You interact frequently with the key account manager retail, customer service and supply chain to guarantee a correct follow-up and gain internal support for your customers. You will report to the Group Sales Support Teamlead.
* Provide periodic and ad hoc reports on turnover, assortment, profitability, and customised reports for internal use and for customers
* Translate topics from supply chain/purchasing to sales impact (constrained forecast, foil problems, discontinued items)
* Proactively support account managers by managing and analysing customer files, market data and product portfolios; prepare customer meetings
* In collaboration with the account manager, monitor, prepare and follow up tenders and quotations
* Lead communication with the customer concerning: item screenings coordination and article creation, introduction of new products; follow-up of packaging (new packaging samples, first production timings, phase-out packaging stock); NPD samples; promo management (forecasting and analyzing); SLA follow-up
* Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to assist in the successful completion of the sales processes and ensure accurate execution (marketing, data management, supply chain, demand planning)
* Coordinate reporting related projects and act as the internal communicator for customer-related questions (QA, internal data, material statuses)

Your profile
* You have a master’s degree
* 5 years of experience in a large, fast-moving company in a customer service, inside sales or sales support role
* Building reports and analysing data is in your DNA
* Experience with IT systems (preferably SAP) and advanced Excel; Power BI is a plus
* Customer contact and delivering service are at the top of your dictionary; a commercial, client-focused mindset is essential
* You enjoy networking and can think on an international (group) level
