About Our Nursery: Busy Bees Ashford Trinity Road, rated Good by Ofsted, has a capacity of 86 children and a passionate team focused on providing the best start in life through a diverse range of activities. We maintain strong links with professionals to support children and families. Located on a main road with bus access and free parking for staff and families.
What To Expect As a SEN Nursery Practitioner
* Create a Safe, Stimulating Environment: Prepare materials and arrange rooms to encourage children's growth and learning.
* Key Person Role: Oversee children’s development, care needs, and build strong family connections.
Responsibilities
* Deliver high-quality care and education for children in line with Busy Bees’ Bee Curious curriculum.
* Collaborate with colleagues to support children with SEN needs and ensure inclusive practice.
Qualifications
* Hold a Level 3 Childcare qualification.
* Previous experience working with children, ideally as an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant or Nursery Nurse.
