We have a fantastic opportunity for a Part Time Hotel Admin Manager at Warner Hotels.
What will I be doing?
The Hotel Administration Manager will work closely with the General Manager and leadership team within the hotel to ensure that systems and procedures used to manage the hotel team’s employee life cycle are effective. The role will also include ensuring hotel financial reporting and controls are adhered to and completed accurately and promptly.
What are we looking for?
* A people person who prioritizes the guest journey in all they do.
* A willingness to learn and improve knowledge of all systems for both Finance and HR.
* Someone who cares about the wider team and supports wherever needed.
* Ability to train and coach managers on HR matters onsite.
What skills do I need?
* Previous experience as an HR Assistant or similar role preferred but not essential.
* Level 3 CIPD qualification preferred but not essential.
