We are also recognised for the wide range of opportunities we provide to support our children’s personal development.

All visitors comment on the energy, warmth, and vibrancy of our school. Our curriculum is rich, carefully sequenced, and ambitious, with the school’s golden threads running through everything we do. Creativity is at the heart of learning, complemented by our outstanding outdoor learning opportunities and a high-quality arts provision.

In July 2024, Ofsted rated Clapgate as Good, with Outstanding judgements for pupils’ personal development and our Early Years provision. We are proud of our inclusive, caring culture, where every child is made to feel valued and appreciated, and supported to become a confident, motivated, and enthusiastic learner.
