This is a flexible, self-employed position, Traffic Management Operative, offering you the freedom to manage your own schedule while earning. Ideal for individuals who are driven, organised and enjoy working independently (shift work and working outside in all weathers). Key Responsibilities: Manage your own workload and schedule Deliver high-quality service to clients Build and maintain strong working relationships Meet agreed targets and deadlines What We’re Looking For: Minimum Unit 2 / Streetworks qualified Self-motivated and proactive attitude Good communication skills Ability to work independently What We Offer: Flexible working hours Rate: £135.00 to 160.00 per 10hr shift Overtime: £20.00 to £25.00 per hour (after 10hrs) Phone: £30.00 phone allowance pro rata or device available If you have the skills to make an impact in a fast paced, quality driven environment, then we want to hear from you.
