What's involved with this role: JOB TITLE: Complaints Admin Officer - Customer Services REF: Bournemouth 5274283 Pay rate: £16.35 per hour PAYE Working Arrangement: Hybrid working, 37 or 30 hrs available The role: On behalf of a local council, we are seeking a Complaints Officer/Administrator to work as part of a fast-paced team you will be responsible for the receipt, validation and registration of all complaints in the Service. Ideally you will have some experience of working in a similar role, that adheres to the Children's Act, Ombudsman regulations, and internal policies, or have the ability to assimilate this information and learn quickly. This should be matched with a proven ability to act as a front-facing member of staff, in a public-facing service, including accurate recording of information, processes and procedures. This role has the possibility of being 37 or 30 hrs available. What the client is looking for: Significant experience of innovative, high quality customer care including complaints handling and complex customer service queries NVQ Level 3 Customer Services or equivalent experience Complaints training is desirable Experience of working in a similar role, that adheres to the Children's Act, Ombudsman regulations, and internal policies, or have the ability to assimilate this information and learn quickly Ability to act as a front-facing member of staff, in a public-facing service, including accurate recording of information, processes and procedures. Significant experience of working proactively with stakeholders at all levels and achieving demonstrably good results Demonstrable experience of working in an environment where confidentiality, GDPR and FoI compliance is understood Change management and service review experience Knowledge of complaints/customer feedback processes and case management systems How to Apply Quote the Job Title and Reference Number in your application.
