Job Description
Key Responsibilities May Include:
1. Day-to-day payroll administration on in-house, managed service and outsourced platforms
2. Meet all day-to-day statutory and business compliance requirements, investigating and correcting any errors in the case of system or process issues
3. Execute monthly payroll approvals according to schedule, preparing documentation to support monthly funding approval by HR Operations Manager, accurately and on time
4. Execute statutory reporting and payments, including statistics and year end
5. Execute internal and external audit requirements as directed.
6. Work with external vendors as required for your activities .
7. Compensation & Benefit Administration relating to Payroll, including Ex-Pats, Share Plan and Stock Options
8. Ensure you are complying with local policy and operating in line with company and HR guidelines on conduct, zero harm, data protection and data handling. Adhere to given guidelines on segregation of duties and confidentiality.

We’re on the lookout for someone who loves getting the details right and takes pride in making things run smoothly. As our Payroll Coordinator for Belgium, you’ll be the go to person who ensures every pay check is accurate and every deadline is met!
You’ll be working closely with our payroll vendor, using their system to keep everything seamless and efficient. Compliance will be a big part of your role - you’ll make sure we meet all statutory and business requirements, resolve any issues quickly, and take care of reporting and payments, including those all important year end activities.
This isn’t just about numbers; it’s about trust. You’ll handle sensitive information with care, follow local policies and company guidelines, and make sure confidentiality and integrity are at the heart of everything you do.

What We’re Looking For...
9. At least one year of payroll experience
10. Experience managing Belgium payroll
11. Fluency in Dutch (a distinct advantage)
