Role Overview
We are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with essential experience in LLMs to develop AI-powered sales agents that optimise lead generation and automate customer interactions. This is a data-focused role requiring expertise in training, fine-tuning, and deploying LLMs to create intelligent, customer-facing AI solutions.
Key Responsibilities
* Develop and optimise LLM-powered virtual sales agents for real-time customer engagement.
* Design and implement data pipelines to improve model efficiency and accuracy.
* Train, fine-tune, and deploy large-scale language models for sales and finance automation.
* Work closely with sales and product teams to refine AI-driven lead qualification and conversion processes.
* Integrate AI models with CRM, finance approval, and sales automation systems.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and data protection laws.
* Continuously monitor and enhance model performance using real-world customer data.
Requirements
* 2+ years of experience in Machine Learning, NLP, or AI development.
* Essential experience working with LLMs.
* Strong proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, Hugging Face transformers.
* Experience in data engineering, model training, and MLOps workflows.
* Background in lead generation, sales automation, or finance-related AI is a plus.
* Knowledge of cloud environments (AWS, GCP, Azure) for AI deployment.
* Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field (Master’s preferred but not essential).
* Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced, growing start-up.
