About Hotel Du Vin Bristol
Opened in 1999, Hotel Du Vin Bristol is a boutique hotel located in the city centre of Bristol. The former Sugar House, a Grade II listed building, now hosts 40 bedrooms, a 53‑seat Bistro & Bar, and four private event spaces that seat up to 72 guests. With its 18th‑century architecture and contemporary loft‑living style, the hotel offers a warm, inviting atmosphere.
Bar Manager – Hotel Du Vin

Rate of pay / hours：£15.50 per hour (including Tronc), 45 hours per week
Role Overview
The Hotel Du Vin bar offers a unique experience, and guests expect a high standard of banter, knowledge and entertainment. As Bar Manager you will be a hands‑on operator, using your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate and inspire the team.
This role offers the opportunity to progress into an F&B Manager position, with strong encouragement for internal development and progression.
