Description Location: Remote/Home Based with Frequent Travel (50%) Hours: 37.5 hours Per Week Business Unit : Clinical Technologies Open To : Internal & External Candidates Ref No.: HRJOB11495 Salary: Competitive The Opportunity As Business Development Manager eClinical / eCOA, you will play a key role in driving the growth of Almac Clinical Technologies through the development of new client relationships and the expansion of existing accounts. As a customer-facing ambassador for Almac, you will represent our eClinical and electronic Clinical Outcome Assessment (eCOA) solutions, supporting pharmaceutical and biotech partners across the clinical development lifecycle. Working closely with internal commercial, proposal, and operational teams, you will manage the full sales lifecycle, from opportunity identification through to deal closure. This includes leading client meetings, delivering presentations and demonstrations, managing sales opportunities through Salesforce, and supporting contract, proposal, and budget negotiations. This role offers the opportunity to influence global commercial strategy while building long-term, trusted client partnerships in a fast-paced and highly regulated environment. You will represent a proven, highly attractive eClinical solution with strong traction among existing customers, clear strategic value for sponsors and CROs, and significant potential for further expansionmaking this a compelling, high-impact opportunity for an experienced sales professional. The role requires frequent domestic and international travel (approximately 50%) beyond normal working hours as and when required to support client meetings, industry events, and commercial activities.
