H.M. Raitt and Sons are a long-standing Main contractor who undertake High End renovation and new build work in Edinburgh and throughout the Lothians.

We are currently seeking a time served and experienced joiner, who can work alone as well as part of a team.
Basic tools required but we will provide power tools and all other equipment which is required.
Experience as a time served joiners is essential.
The ideal candidate must;-
* have extensive joinery experience
* be able to be organised and diligent when reading architectural/structural/professional drawings and plans
* be able to work alone on a project using their own initiative or as part of the team
* be able to adapt quickly, calmly, and positively to changing priorities
* have good communication skills
* have a full driving licence (preferred)
* Be willing to spend time with apprentices and aid in development of next generation of tradesmen
Working hours are Monday - Thursday 7.30am – 4.30pm and Friday 7.30am - 1pm. Overtime will be offered as and when needed. Available for immediate start.
