Job Summary:
We are looking for a Finance Manager to support the Finance Director in managing the day-to-day financial operations. The role requires both strategic insight and hands-on financial management, supporting decision-making at all levels of the business. The ideal candidate will assist with maintaining prime books of entry, balance sheet reconciliations, expense tracking, and administrative tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient running of the finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Process invoices, payments, and expense claims accurately and in a timely manner.
2. Maintain and reconcile accounts payable and receivable records.
3. Maintain bank reconciliations and month-end close processes.
4. Support the preparation of financial reports and internal documentation.
5. Help monitor inventory-related financial transactions and cost allocations.
6. Communicate with vendors and customers regarding billing and payment issues.
