We are recruiting on behalf of a small animal practice in Widnes, Cheshire for a Permanent Veterinary Clinical Director to manage their team. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 4.5 days, along with 1 in 3 Saturdays with time back in lieu. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties. Key details Type: Small animal Hours: Full time, 40 hours per week over 4.5 days Weekends: 1 in 3 Saturdays TOIL: Following Friday afternoon off after working a Saturday OOH: None Computer system: Merlin Consultations: 15 minutes Team: 6 vets and nursing team The role The role offers a varied caseload which will include mentoring the team and working closely with the practice Manager and Head Nurse to ensure the smooth running of the practice and the delivery of a high standard of care to all patients and clients. The Clinical Director will also lead the team as well as be involved with the financial performance of the practice. They offer 15 minute consultations.
