3. Managing a portfolio of insolvency and restructuring cases, including both corporate and personal.
4. Providing strategic advice and support to clients facing financial distress.
5. Preparing reports and presenting recommendations to stakeholders.
6. Overseeing the implementation of restructuring plans.
7. Coordinating with other professionals to maximise recoveries for creditors.
8. Ensuring compliance with statutory obligations and professional standards.
9. Contributing to business development and networking activities.
10. Mentoring and developing junior team members.
The Successful Applicant
A successful 'Insolvency & Restructuring Director' should have:
11. A professional qualification in Insolvency (CPI/JIEB).
12. Proven experience in insolvency and restructuring within the professional services industry.
13. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
14. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
